All children should enter school healthy, ready to learn, and prepared for success.

Yet the high costs of quality health care and early education programs for young children are often unaffordable for working families struggling to make ends meet.

Without access to such positive early childhood development experiences, children are more likely to start behind when they enter kindergarten, and stay behind throughout their lives.
